Adam began his career in dentistry in 2003 and has held various senior leadership roles in Operations and Business Development. Above all, the most rewarding portion of his career has been partnering with dentists looking to transition their practice. Over the years, Adam has led the process to acquire and partner with more than 75 offices. Having a flexible approach and maintaining the legacy of each partner practice are hallmarks for Adam in his role leading Foundation Dental Partners.
